Terms of Service

BowlBrain Leagues is software for running bowling leagues — scores, standings, schedules, statistics, and notifications — available on the web and as a mobile app. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

League administrators are responsible for their account credentials and for all activity under their account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to manage the leagues and bowler data you enter.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service or its security.
• Use the Service to send spam or unauthorized communications.

League content you enter — team names, bowler records, scores, schedules, and announcements — remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it in order to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the appropriate permission to enter information about bowlers, including minors, and for the accuracy of that information. If you enable notifications, you consent to receive push messages about your league (such as new scores, announcements, and schedule changes). You can turn them off at any time in the app or your device settings.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BowlBrain will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
